This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Makai Global Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. through Makaifabrics.com or through our sales representatives.

2. B2B Business Nature
Makai Global Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. supplies fabrics and textile materials primarily to manufacturers, brands, retailers, wholesalers, exporters, and other commercial buyers.
Due to the business-to-business nature of our transactions and the characteristics of textile products, all customers are encouraged to thoroughly review product specifications and request samples before placing bulk orders.
3. Fabric Samples
To assist customers in evaluating products before purchase, fabric samples may be provided upon request, subject to availability.
Samples allow customers to assess:
- Fabric quality
- Texture and hand feel
- Color and shade
- Construction and composition
- Suitability for intended applications
Customers are strongly encouraged to review samples before confirming production or bulk orders.
4. No Returns Policy
Except as expressly stated in this policy, we do not accept returns of goods after shipment or delivery.
Returns are generally not permitted because:
- Products may be manufactured, dyed, processed, or sourced specifically for customer requirements.
- Fabric colors and textures can vary slightly between production batches.
- Textile products are susceptible to handling and storage conditions after delivery.
- Orders are placed for commercial and business purposes.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this no-return policy.
5. Refund Policy
As a general rule, payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where:
- The Company determines that the wrong product was supplied; or
- A significant manufacturing defect is verified by the Company; or
- A written agreement specifically provides for a refund.
The Company reserves the sole right to investigate and determine the validity of any claim.
6. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are received in a visibly damaged condition or differ materially from the confirmed order, customers must:
- Notify us within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Provide photographs and supporting evidence.
- Allow reasonable time for investigation.
Failure to report issues within the specified period may result in rejection of the claim.
7. Order Cancellation
Before Production or Procurement
Cancellation requests may be considered before production, processing, procurement, or shipment begins.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to:
- Administrative charges
- Banking charges
- Sampling costs
- Procurement costs already incurred
After Production or Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- Production has commenced,
- Materials have been procured,
- Goods have been processed,
- Goods have been shipped or dispatched.
8. Custom and Special Orders
Custom-manufactured, dyed, printed, processed, private-label, made-to-order, or specially sourced products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
9. Color and Batch Variations
Customers acknowledge that slight variations in:
- Color shades
- Fabric texture
- Fabric weight
- Weave characteristics
- Finishing processes
may occur between samples and production lots and shall not be considered defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makai Global Fabrics Pvt. Ltd.'s liability relating to any approved claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or commercial losses.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Website.
